Cosmetic Consultation Cancellation Policy
New patients scheduling a cosmetic consultation will be charged a $50 fee at the time of scheduling an appointment. The entire amount of the consultation fee will be applied towards any in-office procedure, cosmetic surgery, MediSpa services/products or co-pay (if it applies after consult). If you decide to have a treatment, the consultation is effectively complimentary. The consultation fee will not be refunded if you decide not to have a treatment following your consultation.
Cosmetic Consultation Fee
We understand that patients may have a need to cancel or reschedule their initial appointment. To accommodate patient needs and our providers’ schedules, the cosmetic consultation fee will be refunded if an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice before a scheduled appointment. If cancellation and/or rescheduling of an appointment occurs within less than 48 hours of a scheduled appointment time, the fee will not be refunded nor utilized towards any future procedures. Fees will not be refunded to no-show patients.
